Presence over performance
I don't use scripts. Each session responds to what you bring that day. If we planned to discuss your career but you walk in shaken by a dream, we follow the dream. The body and the unconscious know what needs attention.
I came in scattered, unsure whether I was mourning something or just stuck. After three sessions I could name what I was carrying and set it down.
Anneke, 42, Hobart
The first call felt like talking to a friend who also happened to see right through me. That honesty changed everything.
Ravi, 35, Melbourne
I had tried meditation apps, retreats, journaling. What I actually needed was someone to ask the questions I was avoiding. This was that.
Dominique, 51, Launceston
Most people who reach out aren't looking for a guru. They want a clear, grounded conversation about what's really going on beneath the surface. Maybe you've hit a wall in your career and suspect the real issue is something older, deeper. Maybe a relationship ended and the grief uncovered questions you've never asked yourself. Maybe you simply feel flat and can't explain why.
I work one-on-one, mostly over video, sometimes by phone. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. We use whatever language fits you: if "energy" feels right, we'll use it. If you'd rather talk about patterns and habits, that works too. The point isn't vocabulary. The point is honesty.
Therapy is valuable. I refer people to therapists regularly. But therapy typically works backward: what happened, how did it hurt, how do we repair it. Spiritual coaching works forward. We start with where you want to be and ask what's blocking you from getting there.
Sometimes that block is a belief you absorbed as a child. Sometimes it's a fear of being seen. Sometimes it's grief that never got its full expression. We don't diagnose. We explore. And we build practices you can carry into ordinary life, not just the meditation cushion.
I draw from contemplative traditions, somatic awareness, and plain common sense. No crystals unless you bring your own.
| Focus area | What we explore | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Grief and letting go | Unprocessed loss, identity after endings, learning to release without forgetting | 4–8 sessions |
| Purpose and direction | Career crossroads, creative blocks, the gap between what you do and who you are | 6–10 sessions |
| Relationship patterns | Repeating dynamics, boundaries, the difference between love and attachment | 5–8 sessions |
| Spiritual awakening support | Sudden shifts in perception, integration of mystical experiences, grounding practices | 3–6 sessions |
| Self-worth and visibility | Fear of being seen, perfectionism, the inner critic, learning to take up space | 6–12 sessions |
| Life transitions | Retirement, relocation, parenthood, empty nest, health changes | 4–8 sessions |
I don't use scripts. Each session responds to what you bring that day. If we planned to discuss your career but you walk in shaken by a dream, we follow the dream. The body and the unconscious know what needs attention.
Nothing you share leaves the session. I don't discuss clients with colleagues, friends, or social media followers. Your story is yours. Period.
I won't tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what I notice, as kindly as I can. You're free to disagree. That disagreement often turns out to be the most useful part of the conversation.
Fill in what feels relevant. I'll reply within two working days, usually sooner.
